We’ll bring your furniture to your home, unpackage and prep, set it up where you want it, and even haul away any and all packaging material. Our delivery team provides top-notch installation for your new patio furniture. Here is what you can expect from our White Glove Delivery Service.
- Our warehouse staff unwraps and prepares your furniture before your delivery.
- We remove all boxes and packaging materials prior to bringing your items into your home/patio.
- Our experienced and caring installation team members will give you a 20-30 minute courtesy call ahead on the day of delivery.
- Once we arrive at your home, we will ask for your desired placement and set up of the furniture, rugs, and accessories in your home/patio. Please note that we do not hang wall art.
- Say you are away from your home but approved the delivery; we will provide proof of delivery by pictures.

We do not remove your existing furniture, but we will provide you with local recommendations and organizations in Southwest Florida that need gently used furniture.
Is same-day delivery available?
We will outsource a same-day delivery with one of our trusted local delivery partners if you need the furniture the same day as purchased or on the weekends. If you come into any of our showrooms and purchase a display group, we can set up a delivery time while you are in the store.
Does Elegant Outdoor Living provide White Glove Delivery for custom orders?
Yes! When you place a custom order with us, we will call you as soon as your furniture arrives at our warehouse to set up a delivery date and time.
How much notice do seasonal residents need to give to ensure timely delivery?
If you have been away and headed back to town for the season, please call us to set up your delivery at least one to two weeks in advance so we can get you on our schedule.
