About Elegant Outdoor Living

How long have you been in business?

We are celebrating ten years in Florida, we opened our first retail showroom in Bonita Springs in 2010. We were quick to grow and within a 5 year span and added two more locations including Naples.

After we saw an increase in demand from customers visiting our southern showrooms from Tampa and Sarasota, we opened our Sarasota location in 2017. We recently expanded our showroom in Sarasota to create our largest retail showroom.

We are just getting started and cannot wait to see what the future holds.

Who is the Elegant Outdoor Living Family?

We are proud family-owned and locally operated. Tom and Debbie are no strangers to the outdoor casual furniture industry. They successfully created and ran a chain of outdoor furnishings stores, Patio & Hearth Shoppe located in Ohio and Indiana, for more than 30 years.

They fell in love with Southwest Florida and decided the blue skies, warm sunshine, and friendly faces, (and the golf) would be where they would retire.

Their passion for helping customers design and furnish beautiful outdoor spaces with quality furniture and accessories inspired them to do it all over again with Elegant Outdoor Living here in Florida.

With a slight twist of the arm, they offered the opportunity to Nate, their son and General Manager of the Patio & Hearth Shoppes, along with his wife, Stephanie, Frontgate Buyer, to join them in opening Elegant Outdoor Living.

Debbie and Stephanie head up the buying and merchandising for the three locations while Tom and Nate focus on the Sales division and everything in between.

Every single employee is part of our family and that is the key to our success.

Our stores showcase a huge selection of in-stock patio furniture that is ready to deliver Customers can sit in a large variety of outdoor seating, feel the hundreds of fabrics, and browse through a large variety of manufacturer catalogs for custom orders.

Our team of experienced design sales consultants work closely with their customers to make their outdoor living visions come to life. We carry some of the most respected brands in the industry as well as offer a variety of fabrics and accessories to create the complete outdoor room.
